PAYMENT POLICY:

Prodigy Dance Centre's season runs from August 7, 2023 - May 23rd, 2024. All dancers are required to pay for the entire season. Tuition is not based on the number of classes in a month or attendance. There is NO refund for missed classes as we provide a make-up schedule.

The first months payment is due on August 1st, and this payment is non-refundable. Each family is required to keep a Debit/Credit card or ACH/Bank Draft on file with Prodigy Dance Centre. Your first months tuition and registration fee will be automatically drafted within 48 hours of your registration using the payment information you provide. After that, your monthly fees will be processed based on the e-payment schedule you select during your enrollment. All payments must be submitted either electronically through your Parent Portal, Auto Draft or by Debit/Credit card, check or cash in the office. We have a few payment options for you to choose from:

Automatic Withdrawal - When you register online you will choose one of the following options:

• 1st of the Month - If you select this option, your monthly tuition fees will be automatically debited from the debit/credit card or ACH/bank draft on file on the 1st of the month. If your payment is declined, you have 48 hours to re-submit your payment online before you acquire a late fee of $15.

• 10th of the Month - If you select this option, your monthly tuition fees will be automatically debited from the debit/credit card or ACH/bank draft on file on the 10th of the month. If your payment is declined, you have 48 hours to re-submit your payment online before you acquire a late fee of $15.

• 15th of the Month - If you select this option, your monthly tuition fees will be automatically debited from the debit/credit card or ACH/bank draft on file on the 15th of the month. If your payment is declined, you have 48 hours to re-submit your payment online before you acquire a late fee of $15.

You will not receive a billing statement or invoice, however, you will receive a receipt of payment each month after the auto-draft.

Manually (Card, Check or Cash) - If you select this option, you will be responsible for making your monthly tuition payment manually in your parent portal or in the office. You will select this option when you register online in the e-payment section. You will still have to provide payment information to keep on file if you choose this option. If you do not make your payment by the 15th of the month, you will have 24 hours to submit your payment before we automatically draft your tuition using your payment information on file. If your payment is declined, you have 48 hours to re-submit your payment online before you acquire a late fee of $15.

All monthly tuition payments (if applicable), Year-End show costume payments, and Year-End show fees will be auto-drafted to the card on file. Tuition is due on the first of every month and will be auto-drafted each month on the day you specified unless you choose the Manual option. If you choose auto-draft, you will be emailed a receipt after your tuition is auto-drafted. Year-End show costume payments will be auto-drafted on November 1, 2023

LATE FEE: If your card on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made within 48 hours. A $15 Late Fee will be charged for any payments not made in full by the 15th of the month. This includes declined charges for cards on file for any reason.

In addition, your first months tuition payment is due at this time. This is also non-refundable. WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

We require a 30-day written notice via email if you need to withdraw from Prodigy Dance Centre. Please email info@prodigydancecentrega.com to withdraw from our 2023-2024 season. After the 30-day notice, we will terminate your monthly installments. Non-attendance is not considered withdrawal from class. Monthly charges continue and tuition is due until we receive written notification of withdrawal.

In the event of a shelter in place, classes will convert to virtual classes and instruction will continue. There may be an approximate one-week transition period from the date of the shelter in place order until virtual classes begin in order to allow us to implement our action plan. This brief time period, if needed, will be treated as inclement weather days, meaning your dancer can choose a convenient make-up class from an appropriate class on our schedule. No refunds will be given for this week. Please call or email to sign up for your make-up class. Remember that a 30-day written notice will still be required for withdrawal.

Performance Company Members Only: If we are mandated to close our physical location due to any government order, classes will convert to virtual classes and instruction will continue.  If your dancer chooses to withdraw due to this change in format, you will receive a full refund of all company deposits minus choreography fees and any costs that have already been paid out.  These include costumes, competitions, conventions, etc. If you decide to withdraw for any other reason, all original penalties will apply. Please see your acceptance letter for details.

MAKE-UP CLASSES:

If your dancer misses class due to illness or other personal reasons, they will be able to make up the missed class in a similar class. There will be no discount or refund given for missed classes. There are no make-ups for classes missed when the studio is officially closed for holidays, etc. All classes missed due to inclement weather can be made up at your convenience using our existing class schedule.

2024 SUMMER REGISTRATION:

A full non-refundable payment will be due upon registering for our 2024 Summer dates. The appropriate fees will be posted to your account and will be charged to the card on file.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
UNEXPECTED VIRTUAL CLASSES: If we are mandated to close our physical location due to any government order, classes will convert to virtual classes and instruction will continue. We are confident we can continue to engage our dancers should the need arise. Please call or email to sign up for your make-up class.
